. #1. I bought a Logitech G driving force H-shifter and connected it to my pc with an rsr232 to usb cable. I have installed "Logitech G Hub" and "Logitech Gaming software". The logitech gaming software says "no devices detected". I've seen on the internet Leo Bodnar offer USB adapters for the logitech shifter.
SoI have the Logitech G29, recently I noticed that the interior steering wheel does not turn 900 degrees like my steering wheel, especially for VR - this does break a lot of immersion. I've checked the settings and it does show 900 degrees on that, as well as the logitech gaming software which also shows 900 degrees.
Makesure your wheel is updated with the latest firmware. What fixed it for me was using the logitech gaming software, which automatically updated my firmware, then I went back to Ghub (after unplugging the wheel and plugging it back in) and WheelCheck worked just fine. I found the solution.
1 This time you won't use the Wheel detect feature but instead set all controller assignments manually. 2) Start off with clicking on your "LEFT" Steering and turn wheel fully left, then same for "RIGHT" Steering. 3) Now, do your "Throttle", "Brake", Clutch, then Shift Up, Shift Down. Now "Save" and Name your new Profile.
Support I'm new to sim racing and just got the G29 to try it out. The G29 calibrates when plugged-in so I'm assuming the unit is good. However, it doesn't seem to have FFB in
g29) Hey guys, when i try and change ANYTHING about a preset in content manager (for example, raising or lowering Gain on force feedback, adding a handbrake button, etc), the game refuses to detect my wheel when using said preset. Alsomake sure to point the profile software to that is the main game, don't point it to assettocorsa.exe as that's the launcher and your settings won't apply to the game. In AC settings, put FFB gain to 85%, minimum force to 5-8%. Kerb, slip and road - set to your preferences. Try that and see how it goes. DuTM.
